1. Enterprise Licensing

Access to the SyncNode engine is granted on a per-seat subscription basis, requiring a minimum deployment of 50 seats. Reverse engineering of our API recalibration endpoints or DAG processing algorithms is strictly prohibited under these terms.

2. SLA and Uptime Guarantees

We provide a 99.99% uptime guarantee for all enterprise tier deployments. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated via the telemetry dashboard at least 48 hours prior to execution.

3. Limitation of Liability

SyncNode Systems shall not be held liable for delayed project deliverables resulting from inaccurate data input by the client or improper configuration of external webhook triggers.
